I’m reading The Body Keeps The Score about trauma and its therapies. Lots of lessons for everyone. My HeartMath instructor recommended it. I’m suffering from being totally out of touch with my body. That’s why the breathing, the Yoga, and coming soon, the meditation. The new program.

I must “get in touch with my body,” become more aware of it, build some strength back. Now I’m easily exhausted and have a neurotic breathing pattern. Not good for quality of life.

And I can’t even imagine exercise. For me it’s a big deal to go around the block. I’m weak. On top of that I drink and smoke. At least it’s not tobacco. A minute or two can exhaust me.
